Enrollment Behavior for Predictive AI Model Promotions
When a member enrolls, Salesforce copies predicted target values from the output data
model object to the member's Promotion Party Usage record. Enrollment fails if no prediction
record exists, and target values are locked after the member enrolls.

Developer Editions with Loyalty Management and Data Cloud
When a member enrolls in a personalized promotion that uses the Predictive AI Model, Loyalty
Management handles the enrollment as follows.
When a member enrolls, the predicted values from the output data model object (DMO) for
the member and the promotion are copied to the personalized target fields on the Promotion
Party Usage record. Based on the Scoring Framework template configuration, only Personalized
Hard Target is populated or Personalized Easy Target, Personalized Moderate Target, and
Personalized Hard Target are populated.
If no personalization record exists for the member and promotion, enrollment fails.
If more than one prediction record matches the member and promotion, Salesforce uses the
most recently created predictions.
After a member enrolls in a promotion, the member's target values are locked. Rerunning
the Scoring Framework template configuration later doesn't update an already-enrolled
member's targets.
