Configure Rule Libraries for Promotion Context Definitions in Loyalty Management
Global Promotions Management uses rule libraries to let marketing managers use context
definition tags in promotion rule eligibility criteria. When creating custom tag mappings for
promotions, create additional Loyalty Management mappings based on promotion
requirements.
Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited,
and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management
When you create a rule library, create these additional Loyalty Management mappings based on
your promotion requirements.
Business Requirement
Custom Tag Mapping Name
Context Tag
Promotions that use the rule library belong to a loyalty program.
If you’re
creating loyalty promotions, instead of the contact tags, map these custom
tags.
loyaltyProgramMemberId or membershipNumber
loyaltyProgramId or loyaltyProgramName
Tags that are related to the Loyalty Program and Loyalty Program Member
objects
