Considerations to Use Quick Promotions Wizard in Loyalty Management
Each step of the Quick Promotion wizard provides marketing managers a set of options to design promotions based on your company’s marketing strategy. Here are the loyalty-specific considerations to use the various steps of the wizard.
- Enter Primary Information: Loyalty Management Considerations
On the first step of the Quick Promotion wizard, marketing managers enter the promotion’s name, duration, code, and business unit. For loyalty promotions, you can select the loyalty program that the promotion belongs to. - Define Promotion Eligibility: Loyalty Management Considerations
On the Define Promotion Eligibility step in the Quick Promotion guided flow, marketing managers decide the products, channels, customer groups, and customer events that are eligible for the promotion. For loyalty promotions, you have additional options in the various sections of this step. - Select Promotion Template: Loyalty Management Considerations
The Select Promotion Template step in the guided flow lists the templates that marketing managers and loyalty program managers use to create the promotion’s rules. When using Global Promotions Management templates on this step, you can also offer loyalty-specific rewards. In addition, you also have access to loyalty-specific templates. - Loyalty Management Promotion Limits
To keep promotions within budget and prevent fraud, marketing managers can set limits for both the overall promotion and individual customers on the Add Promotion Limits step of the wizard. In addition to Global Promotions Management limits, you can also add limits on the points awarded. - Design Distribution Assets: Loyalty Management Considerations
On the Design Distribution Assets step of the wizard, marketing managers design and activate the launch email for pricing promotions.
