When a marketing manager clicks New Personalized Promotion on a loyalty program record page, the Personalized Promotion Wizard opens. The wizard guides marketing managers through the same steps as the Quick Promotion Wizard, with these differences. To learn how to set up personalized promotions and how they work, see Personalized Promotions in Loyalty Management.
