Loyalty Program Member Segments

Use loyalty program member segments when you want to target customers based on loyalty-specific attributes such as tier, points, or membership status.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management

Advantages

  • Direct access to loyalty program attributes.
  • Simple implementation for loyalty-only campaigns.

Limitations

  • Doesn't eliminate duplicate records across multiple contacts.
  • Limited integration with other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud Next and Personalization.
  • Creates redundant work if you migrate to unified individual segments later.
