Here’s the list of metrics available on the dashboard.
| Metric | Description |

| Accrued Points | The total points credited from accruals and manual points adjustments. |
| Redeemed Points | The total number of debited points. |
| Expired Points | The total number of expired redeemable points. |
| Points Balance to Date | The total number of points available for redemption. |
| New Members | The total number of loyalty program members enrolled during the specified period. |
| Accrued Revenue | The total revenue from all processed transactions. |
| Referrals | The count of loyalty program members referred by another member or party during the specified period. |
| New Members with 0 Transactions | The total number of new loyalty program members with no recorded transactions during the specified period. |
| Referrers | The count of loyalty program members who referred at least one new member during the specified duration. |
| New Members with One Transaction | The total number of new loyalty program members with exactly one recorded transaction during the specified period. |
| Products & Categories | The count of products and categories involved in redemption transactions. |
| Members with Expired NQP | The count of loyalty program members whose non-qualifying points expired during the specified duration. |
| Redemption Rate | The ratio of total redeemed points to total accrued points during the specified period. |
| Transactions | The total number of processed accrual and redemption transaction journals. |
| Partners | The total number of loyalty program partners involved in processed redemptions. |
| Accrual Transactions | The total number of transaction journals with the Accrual journal type. |
| Expired Points | The total number of expired redeemable points. |
| Referrer to Referral Ratio | The ratio of total referrers to the total number of referrals during the specified period. |
| Members with Transactions | The count of loyalty program members who have at least one qualifying processed transaction during the specified period. |
| Redemption Transactions | The number of transaction journals with the Debit type. |
| Inactive Members | The number of loyalty program members inactive during the specified duration. |
| Inactive Member Percentage | The percentage of loyalty program members inactive during the specified duration. |
| Transaction Frequency | The median number of days between transactions across all loyalty members for the specified duration. |
| Transactions | The number of processed transactions aggregated by location. |
