| Credited Points | The total number of points manually credited to loyalty program member accounts. |
| Members Assisted | The distinct count of loyalty program members who received manual point modifications (credited, debited, or reversed) by an agent. |
| Modifications Per Agent | The average number of manual point modifications performed per agent. |
| Redeemed Points | The total number of points redeemed by loyalty program members. |
