            Set Up Tableau Next Analytics Dashboards for Loyalty Management

            Install Loyalty Management dashboards to provide loyalty program managers with actionable insights for increasing memberships, retaining customers, and improving processes.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Loyalty Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To install intelligent apps: Tableau Next Limited Consumer
            1. Make sure Data 360 is turned on.
            2. Install the C360 Semantic Model.
            3. Deploy the data kit that matches your license. Here’s the list of available data kits.
              • Loyalty Management Starter
              • Loyalty Management Growth
              • Loyalty Management Advanced

              Loyalty Management data kits are available by default. So, you don’t need to create data kits.

              The data kit deployment adds data model objects (DMOs) and data streams for Loyalty Management to Data Cloud.
            4. Install the Loyalty Analytics intelligent app.
              1. From Setup, enter Intelligent Apps in the Quick Find box, and then select Templates.
              2. Click Show actions corresponding to Loyalty Analytics, and then click Create App.
              3. If necessary, change the name and logging level.
              4. Click Create.
              The app installation adds the Loyalty Workspace to your org. The workspace comprises semantic models, visualizations, and dashboards.
            5. Assign the Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission set to your users who view Tableau Next dashboards.

            6. Set up data access for loyalty program managers.
            7. Add the Loyalty Program Performance dashboard to Lightning pages.

            By default Loyalty Management provides only the Tableau Next Limited Consumer license. To unlock other Tableau Next capabilities, you need to purchase additional Tableau Next licenses. For more information, contact your Salesforce account executive.
