In Pro Suite, the apps function as preconfigured, task-oriented workspaces that include all the record pages, layouts, and relationships needed to complete your tasks, built right into the Pro Suite experience.

The Home app enables each user to customize the tiles on their home page.

Once you transition to Pro Suite, you may notice two apps labeled “Sales” and two apps labeled “Service.” One version represents the app used in your Essentials org and the other represents the new app designed for the Pro Suite org.
