Give Users Visibility into Salesforce My Trust Center Without a Full License
To give users view-only access to a tenant in Salesforce My Trust Center without a full
license, assign them the Unified Employee license. Users with this license can view Salesforce My
Trust Center for the tenant but can't access Salesforce itself.

Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences OR Be a member of the
site AND View Setup and Configuration AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder
in that site
Users with a Unified Employee license can't log in to a Salesforce tenant directly (for
example, to Lightning Experience). Instead, they access the tenant only through Experience
Cloud sites or specific integrations such as Slack. If a user with this license isn't a
member of a site, they have no access to the tenant. Because the license follows the external org-wide default sharing model, which is
more restrictive than the internal org-wide sharing default, it's a good fit
for users who need only view access to My Trust Center.
