            Activate a Flexcard (Managed Package)

            For the managed package runtime, activate a Flexcard to generate an LWC and publish it to a Lightning page or Experience Builder site. After you activate a Flexcard, you can’t edit it or add elements to it.

            Before you begin, review your Flexcard's appearance and test its functionality. See

            Note After the release 246 upgrade, the managed package runtime uses metadata deployment instead of the tooling API. Metadata deployment requires that you wait for the parent Flexcard to be activated before you activate dependent cards.
            1. To activate a Flexcard from the Flexcard designer:

              1. From the Flexcards tab, click a version of a Flexcard to open the Flexcard Designer.

              2. To initiate the activation wizard, click Activate in the submenu.

              3. Click Done.

            2. To activate a Flexcard from the Flexcards home tab:

              1. In the Flexcards home tab in your org, click a Flexcard to view available versions.

              2. Select the checkbox next to the inactive Flexcard you want to activate.

              3. Click Activate.
