Create a Permission Set for an Omnistudio Experience Cloud User

Provision access for Experience Cloud users who need to interact with public-facing Omnistudio components.

1. From Setup, enter Perm in the Quick Find box, then select Permission Sets.
2. Click New.
3. For the Label, enter Omnistudio Exp Cloud User or any other label of your choice. By default the API Name is the same. Click Save.
4. Click Object Settings and select Omni Processes from the list.
5. Click Edit and in the Object Permissions section, select Read and View All Fields. The Read checkbox for Object Permissions is enabled by default. Leave it as is.
6. Save your changes.
7. Repeat these steps for the following objects:
   • Omni Process Compilations
   • Omni Process Elements
