Omnistudio Data Mapper Transform Examples (Managed Package)
For the managed package runtime, Data Mapper Transform examples demonstrate how to convert a single item into a list with one item and how to convert a list of objects to a list of values.
This information is for Omnistudio for Managed Packages. For Omnistudio on standard runtime, see Omnistudio Help.
For additional Data Mapper Transform examples, see List Input for Omnistudio Data Mappers (Managed Package) and Create an Omnistudio Data Mapper Example with a Formula (Managed Package).
- Convert a Single Item to a List with One Item (Managed Package)
For the managed package runtime, in some cases, a component's output that isn't in list format must pass to another component that only accepts a list. You can use the Output Data Type setting in an Omnistudio Data Mapper Transform to perform this conversion. - Convert a List of Objects to a List of Values (Managed Package)
For the managed package runtime, you can convert a list of JSON objects (key-value pairs in braces) to a list of single values, regardless of the length of the list. The trick is to use a formula to remove the second level of the hierarchy.
