Import Customer Story Configuration Settings (Managed Package)
For the managed package runtime, before updating a Customer Story Object Configuration for a new Customer Story, you can import the standard Customer Story Object Configuration from Static Resources. Download as a JSON file to upload to an object's home page.
This information is for Omnistudio for Managed Packages. For Omnistudio on standard runtime, see Omnistudio Help.
- From Setup, go to Static Resources.
- Download DP_CUSTOM_StoryObjectConfiguration and save it as a .json file.
- Go to the home page for the object in which you want to use the story configuration, such as the Card or Omniscript home page, and import the JSON file.
