Create a Profile for an Omnistudio Agent User

Create a profile for agent users who need access to Agentforce features for Omnistudio.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
2. Next to the Einstein Agent User profile name, click Clone.
3. Enter a profile name, such as Omnistudio Agent User Profile and save your changes.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down to the Standard Object Permissions section and make sure that you provide Read, Create, Edit, Delete, and View All Fields permissions for the Account object.
