Create a Profile for an Omnistudio Agent User
Create a profile for agent users who need access to Agentforce features for Omnistudio.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Next to the Einstein Agent User profile name, click Clone.
- Enter a profile name, such as Omnistudio Agent User Profile and save your changes.
- Click Edit.
- Scroll down to the Standard Object Permissions section and make sure that you provide Read, Create, Edit, Delete, and View All Fields permissions for the Account object.
