Use Images for Buttons in Omniscript (Managed Package)

For the managed package runtime, use images as buttons for both radio and multi-select options in Omniscript.

Managed Package app icon This information is for Omnistudio for Managed Packages. For Omnistudio on standard runtime, see Omnistudio Help.

          Note
          Note

Omniscripts and Flexcards support all image file types by default. If set, the lightning-file-upload accept attribute filters file types in the user's file browser. If set, the Don't allow HTML uploads as attachments or document records security setting disallows .svg image files. See Lightning Web Component File Upload.

          1. From the Omniscript list view, select an Omniscript to edit.
          2. Select the element for which you want to use an image.
          3. In the Properties panel, select Image from the Display Mode and Option Source dropdowns.
          4. If needed, enter the properties of the image such as the width and height.
          5. Click + Add new Option.
          6. Enter a value and a label, and then click + Add.
          7. Choose which image to use:
            • Existing image: Select the checkbox, and then select a file.
            • New image: Click the field, and then browse to the location of a file.
          8. Click OK.
