Ask your Salesforce admin which messaging channels support your Partner Success Agent and whether you have access to submit MDF requests. Gather the required information for your marketing activity, such as its goal, start date, requested amount, and supporting files.
Your company's fund request requirements determine which information the agent collects. The Partner Success Agent uses your answers to create a fund request or update an existing one and start the associated approval process.
I want to request MDF for a new campaign.
To request funds for a new campaign, describe the campaign and answer questions about its goal, start date, and requested amount. Attach supporting files if the agent requests them. After the information passes validation, the agent submits the fund request for approval.
Follow your company's process to track and respond to the fund request approval.
