Sign Up for a Campaign from a Partner Experience Cloud Site

Join an eligible vendor campaign, get approved marketing assets in a child campaign, and add leads and contacts.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions in Agentforce for Sales with Partner Ecosystem Management - Members, Partner Ecosystem Management - Login.
User Permissions Needed
To sign up for a campaign from a partner Experience Cloud site:  

Log in to the partner Experience Cloud site, meet the vendor's eligibility criteria, and obtain partner Channel Marketing access.

When you sign up, Salesforce checks your eligibility. If you're eligible, Salesforce creates a child campaign, copies the approved marketing assets, and makes you the campaign owner.

  1. Open Campaign Marketplace in the partner site.
  2. Search or filter the available campaigns, and open the campaign that you want to use.
  3. Review the campaign details and select the sign-up action.
  4. Share the child campaign with other users in your partner account as needed.
    Access to another partner's records requires explicit sharing.
  5. If the vendor permits partner-added campaign members, add the leads and contacts that you want to reach.
  6. Review and edit the inherited marketing asset for your campaign.
    Your edits apply only to your child campaign.
  7. Send the marketing message through Distributed Marketing.
