Salesforce runs five automated configuration steps:
Turns on Digital Experiences.
Opens visibility of partner portal pages, so features like partner contracts display
correctly for your partners.
Gives you access to the Channel Management Console app.
Creates a partner community site in the Preview status for your review before
publishing.
Note If a site with the same name already exists in your org, Salesforce reuses that
site and marks this step as complete instead of creating a new one.
Turns on an option for partner self-registration with a standard external
profile.
Wait for all five steps to be completed, then proceed with the manual setup steps to
finish setting up channel manager roles, sharing settings, and partner site access. See Set Up Partner Experience.
