          Setting Up Co-Branded Emails for Partners

          Before partners can browse campaigns and send co-branded emails, admins must complete the setup.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance and Unlimited Editions in Agentforce for Sales with Partner Ecosystem Management - Members, Partner Ecosystem Management - Login.
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Co-Branded Emails for Partnerss Customize Application
          To turn on Marketing Application Marketing Cloud Admin Permission Set
          1. From the gear icon, select Salesforce Go, and then search for Co-Branded Emails for Partners on the Salesforce Go Home page.
          2. Turn on Co-Branded Emails for Partners.
          3. Enable Marketing Cloud.
          4. Assign PartnerEmailAndFlowAccessPsg permission set group to partner users.
          5. Edit the List View Button Layout for Contact, Lead, and Campaign to add the Send Distributed Message custom button. See Add, Remove, or Create Buttons For Salesforce List View.
          6. Follow the steps on the setup page to add the Distributed Messages component to the partner portal, add an organization-wide email address, and update sharing settings.
          7. Add a channel to the marketing CMS workspace where your marketing content is stored.
            1. Open the workspace.
            2. Click the settings menu on the workspace and select Channels.
            3. Click Manage Channels.
            4. Click the plus symbol next to the users or public groups that you want to add, or create a channel.
            5. Save your changes.
              You receive an email when your workspace’s channels are updated.
          8. Create a public group for partner users who need access to marketing content, then add the group to the CMS workspace.
            1. Open the workspace.
            2. Click the settings menu on the workspace and select Contributors.
            3. Click Add Contributors.
            4. Search for users or public groups.
            5. Click the plus symbol next to the users or public groups that you want to add.
            6. Click Next.
            7. For each user or public group, assign a contributor role.
            8. Click Finish.
          9. Add partner users to the Marketing Landing Page site as members.
          10. Add the CDN URLs to the list of trusted URLs.
            • The CDN URL for production environment is https://*.cdn.salesforce-experience.com.
            • The CDN URL for sandbox environment is https://{site}.cdn.salesforce-experience-com.{org-hash}.{location}.crm.dev.
