Setting Up Co-Branded Emails for Partners
Before partners can browse campaigns and send co-branded emails, admins must complete the setup.

- From the gear icon, select Salesforce Go, and then search for Co-Branded Emails for Partners on the Salesforce Go Home page.
- Turn on Co-Branded Emails for Partners.
- Enable Marketing Cloud.
- Assign PartnerEmailAndFlowAccessPsg permission set group to partner users.
- Edit the List View Button Layout for Contact, Lead, and Campaign to add the Send Distributed Message custom button. See Add, Remove, or Create Buttons For Salesforce List View.
- Follow the steps on the setup page to add the Distributed Messages component to the partner portal, add an organization-wide email address, and update sharing settings.

Add a channel to the marketing CMS workspace where your marketing content is stored.
- Open the workspace.
- Click the settings menu on the workspace and select Channels.
- Click Manage Channels.
- Click the plus symbol next to the users or public groups that you want to add, or create a channel.

Save your changes.
You receive an email when your workspace’s channels are updated.

Create a public group for partner users who need access to marketing content, then add the
group to the CMS workspace.
- Open the workspace.
- Click the settings menu on the workspace and select Contributors.
- Click Add Contributors.
- Search for users or public groups.
- Click the plus symbol next to the users or public groups that you want to add.
- Click Next.
- For each user or public group, assign a contributor role.
- Click Finish.
- Add partner users to the Marketing Landing Page site as members.

Add the CDN URLs to the list of trusted URLs.
