After campaigns are published to Partner Central, partners can explore the Campaign Marketplace to view all available campaigns. The marketplace provides a centralized location where partners can discover marketing campaigns that align with their business objectives and customer engagement strategies.
Partners review campaign details to understand the campaign objectives, preview the email content, and determine if the campaign fits their needs. When they find a campaign that resonates with their goals, they enroll in the campaign, gaining access to the campaign flows and email content.
After enrolling in a campaign, partners can send co-branded emails directly from the partner portal. From the Leads or Contacts record page, partners select one or more recipients and send them messages with their chosen campaign. Partners can also send messages from the Contacts or Leads Detail page.
Before sending, partners personalize the editable sections of the email content with their local contact information, specific offers, or personalized greetings. Locked sections remain unchanged, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all partner communications. This balance gives partners the flexibility to make emails relevant to their audience while maintaining brand standards.
Partners can preview the complete email with their personalizations applied to verify proper formatting, accurate content, and professional appearance before sending to their leads or contacts. The preview capability helps partners catch any issues and feel confident about the emails they're sending.
