Assign Standard Permission Sets

Assign the standard permission sets that ship with Penny Perfect Pricing to grant administrators and sales users access to pricing tasks — you don't need to build these from scratch.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions in Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud, with required add-ons.
  1. From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, and then select Permission Sets.
  2. Assign the following standard permission sets based on user role:
    User Role Standard Permission Sets to Assign
    Administrators Salesforce Pricing Admin • Salesforce Pricing Design Time User • Advanced Pricing for your cloud
    Sales Users Salesforce Pricing Run Time User
  3. Click Save and assign these permission sets to the appropriate users.
