Assign Permission Set Licenses
Assign permission set licenses (PSLs) to administrators and sales representatives so they can configure and use pricing features.
Required Editions

| Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions in Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud, with required add-ons. |
- From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, and then select Users.
- Select the user you want to assign licenses to.
- In the Permission Set License Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.

Confirm or assign the following license, based on user role:
- For Administrators: Advanced Pricing for your cloud (Advanced Pricing for Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing for Automotive, or Advanced Pricing for Consumer Goods), Salesforce Pricing Design Time, Salesforce Pricing Run Time, Actionable Segmentation Engagement, Query for Datapipelines User, Data Processing Engine Psl
- For Sales Users: Advanced Pricing for your cloud (Advanced Pricing for Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing for Automotive, or Advanced Pricing for Consumer Goods), Salesforce Pricing Run Time, Actionable Segmentation Engagement, Query for Datapipelines User
- Click Save.
Note Your cloud's Foundation add-on (Manufacturing Foundation Add-On, Automotive
Foundation Add-On, or Penny-Perfect Pricing Add-On) entitles your org to the matching
Advanced Pricing license for your cloud, and the Core Pricing Design Time add-on
entitles your org to the Salesforce Pricing Design Time license — each add-on grants
one of these licenses, not both. This entitlement makes the license available in your
org; you still must manually assign it to each user, as described in the steps
above.
