            Discover and Resolve Compliance Issues in Agentforce in Privacy Center

            Review compliance issues identified by Agentforce in Privacy Center and apply AI-recommended solutions to bring your org into compliance.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Privacy Center license and the Agentforce add-on. Requires Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud).
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up and use Agentforce in Privacy Center: Manage Privacy Agent
            To view Agentforce in Privacy Center issues and audit logs: View Privacy Agent

            The home page shows your compliance score and a summary of recent issues by risk severity: high-risk, medium-risk, and low-risk. Daily scans run automatically. To run an on-demand scan, use the Org Check Issues and New Compliance Issues tiles. Full scan results are available on the Issues tab, where you can view issues by type, severity, or regulation.

            1. Next to any issue on the home page or Issues tab, click Resolve.
            2. Review the AI-generated issue summary, affected objects and fields, risk level, and related regulation.
            3. Under Solutions, select a proposed solution or Ignore Issue.
            4. If you select a solution, review the details and click Apply Solution to confirm.
              Agentforce builds and runs the corresponding Privacy Center policy, such as a Right to Be Forgotten, Data Management, or Portability policy, in the background. Agentforce records all actions in the Audit Log tab.
