The Process Member Benefit Action executes the flow associated with a Benefit Action for a specific Member Benefit. This action is executed after the Member Benefits are created or updated using Assign Member Tier Benefits. Post execution, the Member Benefit record’s status is updated based on these scenarios:
- New - Awaiting Processing or Updated - Awaiting Processing are changed to Processed for a successful execution.
- Expired - Awaiting Processing is changed to Expired for a successful execution.
Tip In your flow, use the Get Records element to get the Member Benefit record for
which you want to execute Process Member Benefit Action. You can also add a condition that
ensures that the Get Records element doesn't get Member Benefit records that have already
expired.
As part of the tier processing flow, after the tiers are assigned, you can stitch the Process Member Benefit Action to execute the benefit action. The flow must have Member Benefit ID as the input variable.
