Create a Mobile Customization

Pick an Agentforce action and start designing its mobile layout.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Mobile App.
2. Select Salesforce Mobile App, then click Launch Builder.
3. Click New Mobile Customization.
4. Select the Agentforce action to customize.

   Only Apex invocable actions that meet the requirements appear in the list. Actions that already have a published customization don't appear — to change those, edit the existing customization.

5. Click Next.
   The Mobile Builder canvas opens with the selected action's output fields loaded.
