Create a Mobile Customization
Pick an Agentforce action and start designing its mobile layout.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Mobile App.
- Select Salesforce Mobile App, then click Launch Builder.
- Click New Mobile Customization.

Select the Agentforce action to customize.
Only Apex invocable actions that meet the requirements appear in the list. Actions that already have a published customization don't appear — to change those, edit the existing customization.

Click Next.
The Mobile Builder canvas opens with the selected action's output fields loaded.
