Customize Agentforce Mobile Responses

Use the point-and-click Mobile Builder to design how Agentforce action responses appear on mobile devices.

To use Mobile Builder for Agentforce, you create a mobile customization for an Agentforce action, configure the layout, and publish it.

• Prepare Your Apex Action for Mobile Builder
  For an Apex invocable action to be configurable in Mobile Builder for Agentforce, the action must meet these requirements.
• Create a Mobile Customization
  Pick an Agentforce action and start designing its mobile layout.
• Work with Layout Components
  Add, remove, and configure layout components on the canvas.
• Configure Images for Guest Users
  Make sure images display correctly for unauthenticated (guest) users on mobile.
• Publish a Mobile Customization
  Make your customization available to mobile users.
• Edit or Delete a Mobile Customization
  Update or remove an existing customization.
