Edit or Delete a Mobile Customization

Update or remove an existing customization.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Mobile App.
2. Select Salesforce Mobile App, then click Launch Builder.
3. In the Mobile Customizations panel, click the customization you want to change.
4. Choose your action:
   • Edit: Make changes on the canvas, then click Save. Click Publish to push the changes live.
   • Delete: From the dropdown next to the customization, select Delete. Click Delete to confirm.

After you delete a customization, the corresponding Agentforce action reverts to the default plain-text response on mobile devices. The action becomes available again to create a new customization for it.

Note Only one customization is allowed per Agentforce action. If you want to redesign a response, edit the existing customization rather than creating a new one.
