Publish a Mobile Customization
Make your customization available to mobile users.
From the Mobile Builder status bar, click Publish.
After you publish:
- The customization is live for all users in the Salesforce mobile app and in external apps using the Agentforce Mobile SDK.
- The Agentforce action no longer appears as an option when you click New Mobile Customization. To make further changes, edit the existing customization.
- At runtime, the published configuration renders as a carousel of the layout you designed. For single-item responses, the carousel displays one card.
To verify your customization, open the Salesforce mobile app (or the external app using the Agentforce Mobile SDK), open the Agentforce chat panel, and use the action you customized. The agent's response renders using your layout instead of plain text.
