Turn On Mobile Builder for Agentforce (Beta)
Mobile Builder for Agentforce is a beta feature, and you enable it before using.

Important Mobile Builder for Agentforce is a pilot or beta service that is
subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot
Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use
of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
Before enabling Mobile Builder for Agentforce, your org must meet the prerequisites.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Mobile App.
- Select Salesforce Mobile App.

Turn on Mobile Builder for Agentforce (Beta).
This setting is off by default. Although the toggle is on the Salesforce Mobile App page, the feature is available for both Employee Agents (in the Salesforce mobile app) and Service Agents (in external apps that use the Agentforce Mobile SDK).
