Customizable Mobile Home Page Limitations

Keep these limitations in mind when using this feature.

• List views are supported only on contacts, and aren't editable on mobile.
• Record view shows the 10 fields available in compact view. To see all fields on a record, tap View Full Record, which brings you to the standard Lightning Experience record view.
• Agentforce is available only if your org has licenses for it.
• You can add a maximum of 20 cards to your home page.
• The following cards can't have duplicates: Favorites, Recent Records and Lists, and Tasks.
