Accelerate Meeting Follow-Ups with AI Suggested Actions
After a meeting transcript is available, the Salesforce mobile app presents a meeting
summary, key decisions, and contextual next steps directly on the event record. You can review
follow-up recommendations such as sending requested materials, updating an opportunity, or
scheduling another meeting.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1
Sales Editions.
Requirements for Suggested Actions
This feature requires Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) and the Seller-Focused
Mobile Experience.
Access Suggested Actions
Note This feature is automatically enabled if you have In-Person Meeting Assistant
enabled.
Make sure that you have the In-Person Meeting Assistant enabled:
Select Salesforce Go from the Setup dropdown and go to the
Einstein Conversation Insights feature.
Turn on the In-Person Meetings toggle.
Make sure that your mobile app configuration has the new Seller Experience (Sales Cloud
Mobile) enabled.
From the meeting details page for the meeting you want to capture notes for, select
Suggested Actions.
