Searching across Connected Accounts can help you approve verification requests faster if you’re using time-based one-time passwords (TOTPs). For Salesforce accounts, use TOTPs if push notifications or automations aren’t available. To quickly find your TOTP, search for the account that you’re trying to access. To learn more about using TOTPs, see Use Salesforce Authenticator with Your Other Accounts.
You can also search across your Connected Accounts when you want to view or edit the account details. For example, search for a specific account to see its verification history or remove an automation.
