Use the Org Overview page to monitor org health, identify peak usage, and review recommendations for optimizing performance.
Considerations
- Review the Summary of Peak Hour Last Week for key takeaways and errors.
- Run the Analyze Org Health report to get detailed peak hour insights.
- Prioritize fixing critical issues like high average run time and counts.
To monitor your organization's health:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scale Center, then click Org Overview.
- Review the Summary of Peak Hour section to see your highest Requests Per Second (RPS) and error anomalies like Row Locks and Concurrent Apex errors.
- Click Analyze Critical Issues to trigger a scan of your top performance blockers.
Org Overview Categories

| Slow Apex Classes | Identifies the most dominating Apex entry points with high average run time. Reduce the average run time for these entry points to prevent software failure and improve the user experience. |
| Expensive SOQL Queries | Highlights the highest contributors to the overall DB CPU time. Fix these SOQLs to improve the efficiency and scalability of your app’s database interactions. |
| Critical Apex Errors | Resolve these errors to eliminate bad user experiences and increase overall system efficiency. |
