Connected Apps Metric

The dashboard’s Connected Apps tile tells you how many connected apps are installed for your org. Connected apps are third-party applications that integrate with Salesforce through APIs and standard protocols, such as OAuth.

Go to the Connected Apps Metric detail page to see the name of each connected app, its version, when it was installed, who installed it, and more. Track changes to your connected apps to learn where you should take action, such as restricting connected app access by user profile or requiring multi-factor authentication, if needed.

For more information, see Connected Apps and Manage Access to a Connected App in Salesforce Help.

Login IP Ranges Metric

The dashboard’s Login IP Ranges tile tells you how many login IP ranges are configured for your org. Login IP ranges are profile-level settings that control which IPs users can log in from to Salesforce or apps.

Go to the Login IP Ranges Metric detail page for information about configured login IP ranges, including when each range was created, the start and end addresses of each range, and the name of the user profile the range was created for. Track changes to your login IP ranges to learn where you should take action such as creating and updating login IP ranges to block login attempts that don’t come from an approved network.

For more information, see Limit Login IP Ranges and Restrict Login IP Addresses in Profiles in Salesforce Help.

Managed Packages Metric

The dashboard’s Managed Packages tile tells you how many managed packages are installed for your org. Managed packages are secure, upgradeable bundles of app components, such as Apex code, custom objects, flows, and Lightning pages, distributed on AppExchange or AgentExchange.

Go to the Managed Packages Metric detail page to see information about managed packages, such as each package’s release status and whether it has passed AppExchange security review. Track changes to your connected apps to learn where you should take action such as uninstalling a managed package or restricting access to it, if needed.

For more information, see Manage Installed Packages in Salesforce Help.

Security Health Check Metric

The dashboard’s Security Health Check tile shows your org’s Health Check score for the most recent 30 days based on how well its security settings meet either the Salesforce Baseline Standard or a custom baseline you create and select as the default.

Go to the Security Health Check metric detail page to see how well your org’s security settings comply with your org’s selected baseline. Settings that meet or exceed compliance raise the score. Click the score number in the Totals by Date table to view details on high–, medium–, and low-risk security settings. Make adjustments where needed.

For more information, see How is the Health Check Score Calculated? in Salesforce Help.

Security Health Check Baselines Metric

The Security Health Check Baselines metric is available from the dashboard’s Configuration Metrics list. It does not appear on the dashboard as a tile.

Go to the Security Health Check Baselines Metric detail page to see details such as when health check baselines were added, deleted, updated, or set as the default for Security Health Check to use in its score calculations; and who made the changes. Edit the default baseline or set a different default baseline if needed.

For more information, see Create a Custom Baseline for Health Check in Salesforce Help.

Trusted IP Ranges Metric

The dashboard’s Trusted IP Ranges tile tells you how many trusted IP ranges are configured for your org. Trusted IP ranges are org-level settings that control Salesforce login access and can allow users to bypass identity verification, depending on configuration. These ranges also apply to connected apps.

Go to the Trusted IP Ranges Metric detail page for information about configured trusted IP ranges, including the Start Address and End Address of each range.

For more information, see Set Trusted IP Ranges for Your Org in Salesforce Help.

Unmanaged Packages Metric

The dashboard’s Unmanaged Packages tile tells you how many unmanaged packages are installed for your org. Unmanaged packages are open, customizable bundles of components that you access and install from platforms like GitHub or AppExchange. Unmanaged packages don’t offer vendor support or upgrades.

Go to the Unmanaged Packages Metric detail page to see information about unmanaged packages, such as the name of each package and its version. Track changes to your unmanaged packages to learn where you should take action, such as uninstalling an unmanaged package or restricting access to it, if needed.

For more information, see Manage Installed Packages in Salesforce Help.
