Field Classification Considerations
Make sure you understand these considerations for classifying fields and configuring the Field Classification Fields list.

- We run a scheduled one-time job to populate the lists of objects and their fields in your environment. It can take up to 24 hours before the job is run.
- Sensitivity levels and compliance categories must exist in Settings before any field can be classified. If defaults haven't been created yet, admins must do that first.
- System fields appear on the Classification table, but they are managed by the Salesforce platform and cannot be classified.
