Calculate Fill Rates for Salesforce Fields
Field fill rates help identify which fields are filled on object records and how actively and consistently they're filled. Use fill rates to prioritize high-use fields to classify and identify fields that aren't used.

- On the Fields list, select the objects and fields whose fill rates you want to calculate.
- Click Calculate Fill Rates. A message confirms that the calculation is running in the background. Refresh the page after a few minutes to see results in the Fill Rate column. An objects without any records will show "No Records" for the fill rate value for all fields on that object.
