| Why don't I see data immediately after clicking Submit? | After you click Submit, Security Mesh provisions data streams and creates models in the background. You can monitor these backend events in Setup | App Hub | Monitor. |
| How do I change how often a signal definition refreshes, or refresh it manually? | In the Signal Definitions grid, open the signal definition's row menu, select Configure, and select a frequency (and a Day and Time, if applicable). To manually pull new data, click Refresh Now. |
| How do I rotate or edit the API key for a webhook signal definition? | Open the row menu for the webhook signal definition, select View Webhook Details, and click Edit API Key. Update the API Header or select Generate a new API Key, and then save. Update the webhook details anywhere the webhook is used afterward. |
| Why is my signal definition not appearing or working? | Verify that you have the required subscriptions and permissions for your specific data source. Requirements vary by connector type. |
| My webhook-based signal definition isn't receiving any data. What should I check? | In the Signal Definitions grid, confirm that the Webhook column shows Enabled. If it's disabled, open the row menu, select View Webhook Details, and set the Endpoint Status to Enabled. Also verify that the external application is configured with the correct webhook endpoint URL and API key. For execution details, check Setup | App Hub | Monitor. |
| My signal definition shows an error status. How do I troubleshoot it? | Use App Hub to investigate signal definition errors. In Setup, search for and select App Hub. On the Apps tab, find your signal definition by name, status, or template. Click the app name to view details, or switch to the Monitor tab to inspect execution logs and task failures. |
| How do I view detailed execution logs for a signal definition? | In App Hub, select the Monitor tab. Find your event by filtering for a specific app or searching by event name. Click the event name to see task details, status, and any error information. |
