Manage Your Personal Email Settings
Users manage their email address and email preferences in My Settings.
Go to Personal Information to update your email address in Salesforce. See Edit Your Email Settings.
Go to My Email Settings to specify your preferred address and name for email sent from Salesforce, add a professional signature, and select your email composer. See Edit Your Email Settings.

Salesforce provides multiple ways to send email, each with its own requirements. Salesforce admins can select an email sending method, verify email-sending domains and addresses, configure security controls, and track email delivery.
