암호화 정책 섹션에서 파일 및 첨부 파일 암호화를 설정합니다.
중요 파일에 대한 액세스 권한이 있는 사용자는 암호화 관련 권한에 상관없이 정상적으로 작업할 수 있습니다. 조직에 로드인되어 있고 읽기 액세스 권한이 있는 사용자는 본문 내용을 검색하고 볼 수 있습니다.
사용자는 계속해서 보통 파일 크기 제한에 도달할 때마다 파일 및 첨부 파일을 업로드할 수 있습니다. 암호화를 통해 확장된 파일 크기는 이러한 제한에 포함되지 않습니다.
파일 및 첨부 파일 암호화를 설정하면 새 파일 및 첨부 파일에도 적용됩니다. 이미 Salesforce에 있는 파일과 첨부 파일은 자동으로 암호화되지 않습니다. 암호화 통계 및 데이터 동기화 페이지에서 기존 데이터에 활성 키 자료를 적용합니다.
파일 또는 첨부 파일이 암호화되어 있는지 여부를 확인하려면 파일 또는 첨부 파일의 세부 사항 페이지에서 암호화 표시기를 페이지 찾습니다. 또한 ContentVersion 개체(파일용) 또는 Attachment 개체(첨부 파일용)에 대해 isEncrypted 필드를 쿼리할 수 있습니다.
