사용자 인증 인증은 사용자가 자신이 말하는 사람인지 확인하여 Salesforce에 대한 액세스를 보호합니다. 다단계 인증(MFA), 암호 키를 사용하는 무암호 로그인, 인증서 기반 인증, Lightning Login 같은 기능을 사용하여 직접 Salesforce 로그인에 대한 보안을 강화합니다. 싱글사인온(SSO)을 사용하여 사용자가 Google과 같은 타사에서 Salesforce에 로그인할 수 있도록 합니다.
신원 확인 ID 확인이란 사용자가 계정의 실제 소유자임을 확인하기 위해 증거(확인 메서드)를 제공하는 경우를 말합니다. 사용자는 ID를 확인하여 로그인, 새 장치 활성화 또는 중요한 리소스 보기 등 Salesforce의 특정 액세스 권한을 얻습니다. 사용자가 ID를 확인하는 방법 및 시기를 정의합니다.
