Use the Prompt Library for Setup with Agentforce

Use ready-made prompts to quickly start a conversation with the Setup agent. You can explore example prompts organized by category, such as user access, flows, and org health, to learn more about Setup with Agentforce capabilities.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions
User Permissions Needed
To browse and use the Prompt Library: The required permissions for Setup with Agentforce. See Grant Permissions to Use Setup with Agentforce.
  1. From Setup Home, click Browse Prompt Library, next to the prompt bar.

  2. The Prompt Library for Setup with Agentforce window opens. You can search for a prompt or browse example prompts in the different categories.

  3. Select the prompt that best matches your task, and click Use Prompt.
  4. The prompt text appears in the conversation box on Setup Home. If the prompt includes placeholder text in brackets, such as [User] or [Permission Name], replace the placeholder with your own value, and then send the prompt to the Setup agent.
