Related List Enrichments in Setup with Agentforce

Use Agentforce to get manage and explore related list enrichments.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions
User Permissions Needed
To use Setup with Agentforce:

The required permissions for Setup with Agentforce. See Grant Permissions to Use Setup with Agentforce.

AND

The required permissions for the task listed in the table.
Other Permissions Needed
To use Related List Enrichments: This feature requires Data 360. Complete Identity Resolution and create a Unified Individual Data Model Object (DMO) or Unified Account DMO.
To view enrichments in the Object Manager:

View Setup

AND

Read on the Data Model Objects object
To view a specific enrichment: Access to the data space used in the enrichment
To create or update enrichments:

Customize Application

AND

Create, Update, and Delete on the Data Model Objects object
To view the related list:

Access to the data space through Data 360, granted in your permission set.

For enhanced security data spaces, set the data access level for the data space to Controlled by Parent in the permission set.

Related list enrichments are supported on these target objects:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Lead

Agentforce can help you with these tasks and requests related to related list enrichments. In this table, replace [DMO] with the name of one of your DMOs.
