To get started, create shifts for the coverage required in your locations or operational territories. Review upcoming shifts in the Schedule Manager by job profile or assigned service resource, and match shifts to candidates with the scheduling tools.

To narrow the list of shift candidates, the scheduler applies logic in two stages:

• Scheduling Rules: Candidates must pass all defined rules to be considered eligible for a shift.
• Scheduling Objectives: Eligible candidates are scored based on business goals to rank the best match.
