General Enhancements for Salesforce Suites
Keep your business data in sync and skip the manual data entry by connecting your favorite external apps directly to Salesforce Suites.
Integrate Your External App Data with Salesforce Suites using Prebuilt Integrations
Your business runs smoother when all your data lives under one roof. Keep your business data in sync and skip the manual data entry by connecting your favorite external apps directly to Salesforce Suites. Powered by MuleSoft and Flows, our new prebuilt integrations create a secure bridge between Salesforce and the tools you use every day.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Starter Suite and Pro Suite editions.
When: This feature is available in August 2026.
Why: Prebuilt integrations act as a secure, digital bridge between Salesforce and the tools you rely on most, like QuickBooks Online and Jira. Instead of copying and pasting between disconnected systems, your data flows automatically both ways—update something in one app, and it changes in the other instantly. Bringing your external app data into your Suites workspace clears out frustrating data silos and creates a clean, connected foundation that's ready for AI.
With prebuilt integrations, you can:
- Connect your data quickly: Skip the complex setup and link your third-party apps in minutes with a simple, guided wizard.
- See everything in one place: Gather all your critical business metrics into one central workspace.
- Stop manual data entry: Prevent typos, duplicates, and human errors by letting automation do the heavy lifting.
- Let your workflow do the heavy lifting: Save hours of tedious admin time every week with instant, two-way updates that happen in the background.
How: In your Starter Suite or Pro Suite org, open the Automations app, select the Integrations tab, and follow the guided wizard to securely connect to your external account and choose your templates.
AI Enhancements for Salesforce Suites
Get Agentforce with Free Suite! Chat with an AI agent in plain language to manage business tasks and surface key insights.
Agentforce Now Included in Free Suite
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Free Suite Edition.
When: This feature is available in August 2026.
Why: Meet your new teammate that's always there for you and ready to help. Simply ask Agentforce what you're looking for in plain language and it instantly pulls up what you need. For instance, if you ask, "Summarize the Acme account," the agent creates a quick summary highlighting opportunities linked to Acme, key facts, recent cases, and so on.
You can also delegate everyday tasks to Agentforce, like following up with new leads. For example, tell it, "Draft an email to the VP of Marketing of Acme about our upcoming meeting." The agent handles the heavy lifting by pulling in the right recipient email address, crafting the message, and generating the subject line.
Agentforce saves you from digging through endless records and pulling the pieces together yourself. It acts as a force multiplier by taking on the repetitive tasks that eat up your day so you and your team can focus on what matters most—building customer relationships and growing your business.
How: If you've turned on AI in your org, Agentforce is available automatically. If you haven't turned on AI yet, select the Agentforce logo in the top-right corner of the page to open the Agentforce panel, then select Agree and Enable.

Marketing
Send emails to your Contact and Lead lists right away with the redesigned List Sends experience.
Skip the Wait When Sending Emails to Contact and Lead Lists
Send promotional, transactional, or relational emails to your Contact and Lead lists right away, without the extra processing step it used to require. Previously, sending emails from lists required creating a Data 360 segment, which introduced delays and occasional failed sends. The redesigned List Sends experience also brings the initial message configuration and audience selection steps into a single page. Design your message without clicking through separate pages or losing your place.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Free, Starter, and Pro Suite.
When: This feature is available starting mid-August 2026.
Why: With the redesigned List Sends experience, you can:
- Skip segment creation entirely with Actionable Lists, which process your audience directly from your Contact or Lead list instead of requiring a Data 360 segment.
- Get emails out faster on time-sensitive campaigns. List-based sends don't wait on segment processing that can delay delivery or cause failed sends.
- Configure your send on one page instead of clicking through separate modal pages. Audience, message type, and save location are all visible together, so it's easy to see what's done and what's left.
How: From the Marketing app, access Leads or Contacts and apply a filter to select your intended recipients. Click Send Email to start the workflow.
In Free Suite, emails go out immediately. Starter Suite and Pro Suite add the option to schedule sends for later. In Free, Starter, and Pro Suite, access List Sends from Marketing Home.
