As part of our commitment to email security and deliverability, Salesforce is moving to a mandatory domain verification model. Use Agentforce and generative AI to surface key insights and save time on labor-intensive tasks. Einstein Conversation Insights now brings AI insights to Starter and Pro Suite. The streamlined, component-based Email Builder Lite is now available in Starter and Pro Suite. An abridged version of the Marketing app is now available in Salesforce Free Suite. Segments are now creatable directly from your Contact and Lead list views. Generative Canvas (Preview) is no longer available in Starter or Pro Suite starting on February 11.
