            Enable Customer Lifecycle Analytics with Tableau Next

            Install and turn on Customer Lifecycle Analytics by using Survey Settings and Tableau Next Hub in Setup.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited and Developer editions
            Available with the Feedback Managenent - Starter, and Feedback Management - Growth licenses, Data Cloud license, and one of these Tableau Next licenses: Tableau Next Creator, Tableau Next Customer, or Tableau Next Limited Consumer. See Tableau licenses for the full list of applicable licenses.

            To enable Customer Lifecycle Analytics with Tableau Next:

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Survey Settings, and then select Survey Settings.
            2. On the Survey Settings page, select the Customer Lifecycle Analytics dropdown.
            3. Install the Survey Datakit and Customer Lifecycle Analytics.
            4. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Tableau Next Hub, and then select Tableau Next Hub.
            5. You can access the dashboards.
