| Approvers do not receive notification emails. | Approver groups have no members, or no routable owner is available. | Confirm that primary and secondary groups have members, or confirm routing to the partner account owner. Verify the active notification flow version. |
| Channel managers cannot find submitted leads. | The channel manager profile does not have the Deal Registration record type, or list view filters are incorrect. | Assign the Deal Registration record type to the channel manager profiles used in your org. Then update list view filters. |
| Potential duplicates are empty for obvious duplicate submissions. | The standard lead duplicate rule is inactive or configured incorrectly. | Activate the rule and keep it non-blocking. See Configure Duplicate Detection for Deal Registrations. |
| Submitted deals are missing the Deal Registration record type. | Customized Partner Deal Registration flow does not resolve the correct record type. | Review active flow logic and confirm record type lookup and create-lead mapping. |
| Deals do not advance through the approval stages. | The active approval flow version is inactive or misrouted. | Activate the correct approval flow version and validate stage routing to approver groups. |
